Spring 2010 grades have finally all been posted. I did much better than I thought I was going to: 3.740 --- I thought I was in the B- to C+ range in both Networks and Technical Writing, but it turns out that I did significantly better than that. My expectation is that these grades were earned due to curvage on the final exams. In Networks, at least, previous exams were intentionally hard, and curved.
In other school-related news: I get to register for classes starting the 9th! Woo-hoo! And with all grades in, I know what classes I should take. Quick rundown:
Network Management --- Part Two of the two-part series, OSI Layers 4+
Programming Paradigms --- So far as I can tell, focuses mostly on Scheme
Software Engineering --- Others in the CS Club mention a major project. I'm down for major projects
Computers, Ethics, and Society --- I hope to be able to do my major paper on either data mining or cryptographic privacy.
Next semester approacheth, and the fortunes it brings will be yet determined!
