Web-based login to this blog/wiki is working again, after an unknown period of brokenness. It seems it depends on libauthen-passphrase-perl (at least that's the debian package name), which wasn't installed on the server. Getting that installed made everything work happily again, so you can now log in to (say) the bugs page of any given project and add a bug report. Unfortunately, those aren't automatically mailed to me, so it might take awhile for me to notice them
